Would I re-read this?
No. For me, it makes the mistake of personal stories, surrounded by lists of 'what to do.' The author doesn't mention enough that these are anecdotes. The tips given work for an insurance company started in the early 2000's, but for me, struggled to stay applicable across industries.
Using the anecdotes and proving lists to follow (prescriptive advice) also seems to be an error of seeing the world as a Kind Game.
